It seems all too common that NetSuite development teams are stressed to their breaking point, working long hours, perpetually behind schedule, unprofitable, and failing to win any referrals from their clients. It certainly doesn’t have to be that way, but in my advisory work with NetSuite development teams, it does happen far too often.
